Ethan Healey
Ethan Healey is Founder of Project Naloxone, a program run through GFAC that provides police and fire departments and EMS agencies with the training and lifesaving medication, Naloxone for reversing opioid-related overdoses. Through Project Naloxone, police departments across Chester County have administered the medication on over 400 occasions, saving hundreds of lives.
Ethan is a resident of WC and a WCU senior. He serves on the board of the Chester County Overdose Prevention Task Force.
