Task Force Members
Dianne Herrin is the Mayor of West Chester and is dedicated to serving those in need in our community.
Kyle Hudson is a West Chester resident who works in local media. He has seen far too many of his neighbors suffer and is committed to using his skills to help remove hurdles for people looking for help.
Kevin Patrick Kelly is a political activist who also chairs a support group for siblings who have been affected by their brother or sister's drug/alcohol addiction. He earned both his Bachelor's Degree and Master's in Public Administration from West Chester University. He has been a resident of West Chester for twenty years.
Ethan Healey is Founder of Project Naloxone, a program run through GFAC that provides police and fire departments and EMS agencies with the training and lifesaving medication, Naloxone for reversing opioid-related overdoses. Through Project Naloxone, police departments across Chester County have administered the medication on over 400 occasions, saving hundreds of lives. Ethan is a resident of WC and a WCU senior. He serves on the board of the Chester County Overdose Prevention Task Force.
Richard is a seasoned therapist and local pastor with a compassionate heart. His greatest desire is to see individuals and families freed and equipped to live in freedom and purpose. His training as a therapist coupled with his pastoral and theological training give him the ability to provide both clinical counseling and spiritual guidance.
Emily is the administrative assistant to the West Chester Borough Mayor and Chief of Police, and she provides administrative support to the task force. She is a resident of the Borough and has a strong commitment to improving quality of life in our community.
